PP2C 30 (Protein phosphatase 2C 30) is located in the nucleus. It is expressed in the shoots, seeds, plant embryo, plant egg cell, leaf, endosperm at low level. Its expression in leaf is down-regulated in transgenic plants overexpressing OsNAC2 (PMID:28074873). It interacts with SAPK2, PYL5, PYL3, PYL9 and ABI5 in ABA sinalling pathways.
