What is the Plant Reactome?

The Plant Reactome is a free, open-source, curated, and peer-reviewed pathway database. Our goal is to provide intuitive bioinformatics tools for the visualization, interpretation, and analysis of pathway knowledge to support basic research, genome analysis, modeling, systems biology, and education.

About Plant Reactome: Background information on the project website, tools, and research projects.

The Plant Reactome Team is a multi-disciplinary group of curators and software developers located at Oregon State University, the Reactome project team at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research (OICR) and the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI), and the Gramene Database team at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. Our aim is to identify important challenges in pathway curation analysis and visualization, and pursue high-quality research while addressing those challenges.
