text	OsGST-3, encoded by Os12g0169300, is a nucleus-localized glutathione S-transferase enzyme likely to catalyze the conjugation of reduced tripeptide glutathione (GSH) to electrophilic substrates and may play a role in mitigating the effect of salt stress (Wang et al., 2020). Its transcription is up-regulated by OsNAC3 in response to salinity (Zhang et al., 2021). It is also up-regulated in transgenic rice line OverExpressing OsSTAP1 (Wang et al., 2020). Thus, it is a likely target of both OsSTAP1 and OsNAC3.
