text OsAB15, a bZIP transcription factor, is down-regulated by SERF1 (Schmidt et al., 2013). It is involved in stress response and ABA signal transduction. It may act as a negative regulator of the salt stress response ( Zou et al., 2008). It is involved in the regulation of pollen maturation. Together with PYL5, PP2C30, and SAPK2, it is part of an ABA signaling unit that modulates seed germination and early seedling growth (Kim et al., 2012).
