text	WUSCHEL RELATED HOMEOBOX 6 (WOX6/OsWOX6) transcription factor is involved in rice tiller angle formation. WOX6 expression is up-regulated by gravistimulation via a LAZY1-dependent asymmetric auxin redistribution (Zhu et al., 2021, Zhang et al., 2018). The WOX6 promoter has binding sites for OsHOX1 and OsHOX28 (analysis done by the Plant Reactome biocurator). OsHOX1 AND OsHOX 28 form dimers, and then the complex may work as a repressor.
