text	OsLEA17/Oslea3-2 is expressed in the shoot, plant embryo, leaf, and endosperm. Its expression is upregulated in response to ABA, drought, and salinity. OsNAC2 is a repressor of OsLEA3 and has been shown to directly bind OsLEA3 promoter at ?950bp~?1100bp (Shen et al., 2017). SERF1 is a positive regulator of OsLEA17 transcription (Schmidt et al., 2013).
