text Cytosolic glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (phosphorylating) catalyzes the reversible reaction of D-glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate, NAD+, and orthophosphate to form 1,3-bisphospho-D-glycerate and NADH + H+.
