Cytosolic enolase catalyzes the reversible reaction of 2-phospho-D-glycerate to form phosphoenolpyruvate and H2O. The rice proteins annotated here have not been studied experimentally - their properties are inferred from those of their Arabidopsis thaliana orthologues.
