The following Reactomes are known to us. Clicking on the name of any one of these will take you either to the home page or a description of planned work.
|Arabidopsis Reactome||A curated knowledgebase of plant biological pathways (John Innes Centre). Contains many plant pathways curated by the John Innes team, plus plant pathways imported from AraCyc and KEGG.|
|FlyReactome||The aim of FlyReactome, based in the Department of Genetics, University of Cambridge, is to develop a curated repository for Drosophila melanogaster pathways and reactions.|
|Gallus Reactome||The aim of GallusReactome, based at the University of Delaware and the NYU School of Medicine, is to develop a curated repository for Gallus gallus pathways and reactions in collaboration with the Reactome project.|
|Microme||The Microme project will assemble and develop a bioinformatics infrastructure, together with a projection and curation process, aimed at generating complete pathway assemblies from genome annotations, on to whole-cell metabolic models for a subset of species.|
|Reactome||The original Reactome project. Reactome is a free, open-source, curated and peer reviewed pathway database. Our goal is to provide intuitive bioinformatics tools for the visualization, interpretation and analysis of pathway knowledge to support basic research, genome analysis, modeling, systems biology and education.|
